When I got acquainted with Isa Munaev, I understood why so long Chechen people with light weapons managed to show resistance to all military power to the Russian Federation.

Isa - the citizen of Denmark, he led safe life of the citizen of the European Union but when he saw that Putin attacked Ukraine, voluntary left quiet life in and the wonderful comfortable world and arrived here - to Donbass ruined by war to help us to battle for freedom and the European future.

On August 22, on the eve of the Russian invasion, together with Iza we went under Ilovaysk that on a place to estimate a situation: it was obvious to me that the Russian command will want to cut off our small group near Ilovaysk, and I then wrote nearly an every day and demanded from the General Staff to direct reserves for cover of backs... With Iza all wanted to be photographed, all were proud at the front that the brigade general of Ichkeria arrived to help Ukraine, and here at me for some reason the photo with Iza on phone was not, somehow all the time was not before.

The first photo is Starobeshevo, I found it in social networks. Iza - below at the armored personnel carrier, the second on the right. And I on the armored personnel carrier of the 28th crew speak by phone on the right.

The second photo of Isa - is made on the advanced command point of the general Homchak - a post 39.06 - the next in front of Ilovaysk through which there was a supply and a control of operations to the country, our artillery was placed here.

Ise was to go optional there - it, the brigade general of Ichkeria, the person with extensive fighting experience of war with the Russian troops it appeared it is impossible to issue on service in army. But the chance to get to the hottest place at the front Iza used any, and we went together, by one car. Iza asked to himself a position for a door, he the first in crew had to open fire - all knew that near Ilovaysk extremely dangerously, no reserves are present, and reconnaissance groups of the opponent were hung around freely our backs. To Ilovaysk we passed about 100 kilometers, without having met any Ukrainian soldier - our backs were open, and on the way there were tens places, ideal for an ambush. Danger only pleased Iza - to it at last gave out the machine gun, it could protect itself(himself) - before the weapon to Chechens did not give out as the army connected by foolish instructions could not give out the weapon to the skilled soldiers who are not issued on military service but ready professionally in any way to battle for Ukraine.

Upon return from Ilovaysk Isa stormed all offices - asked to create a separate battalion of Chechens. Alas, when Homchak gave the order to issue Chechens on service in reconnaissance baht, the chief of the General Staff Muzhenko sent the commission not to allow it, and not to allow Chechen volunteers to become separate division in armed forces. The matter is that Iza arrived to Dnepropetrovsk, and Poroshenko and Muzhenko did not want to create any military units in Dnepropetrovsk because in everything saw "private army of Kolomoysky", and consciously broke all actions for creation of new voluntary groups in Dnieper. But people are not guilty - they do not know anything about these palace intrigues and phobias of the Commander-in-chief and arrived to Dnieper just because saw that here battle, but do not stir. When Iza went to Odessa with the friend, to support to Amin Okuyev on elections, and then stopped by in Kiev, in Presidential Administration there was a hysterics, and they called - asked Korban to take away Iza to Dnieper, and that suddenly two Chechens something such will do.

Isa saw all this nonsense, but it did not change his will to fight at all both confidence, and readiness to give all itself for the sake of a victory of Ukraine. It broke through any walls.

Because Iza is not a cowardly room worm, but the real beautiful and strong Soldier and the real Leader. And it took on war of the native 18-year-old son, and his son did not sit in the back, and was on a front line together with the father, and participated in military operations. Isa considered that the noble cause - fight for freedom is the best education, and taught fighters on a personal example.

The Chechen volunteers could take part in fights. All of them proved also adequately and perfectly, as well as their commander, but the official status Ukraine, alas, did not appropriate to them.

Unfortunately, the Ukrainian bureaucracy and fears someone in high offices did not allow Ise to show its commander qualities. The brigade general could not get permission to protect Ukraine ordering the military unit.

But it did not force Munayev to take offense at all - he looked for opportunities to help Ukraine even if the authorities treated it inattentively. But all people who faced Isa, at once felt to it a sincere arrangement. It was loved very much.

Thanks to Ise I understood - that bandits-kadyrovtsy are not the person of the Chechen people, but traitors, Putin's mercenaries, the same bandits as terrorist rabble on Donbass.

Munayev's fighters arrived from the different countries of the world. They arrived because for them to free Ukraine meant in the future to release and Chechnya.

Isa often said that after liberation of Ukraine Chechens will be able to release and its native Ichkeria. He dreamed that the Chechen fighters will come back home, Ichkeria will rise and will win to itself freedom. When he spoke about the Homeland, its voice shivered, and the person brightened. The word "Honour" for Isa was, as if the order.

Isa Munaeva's death in fight near Debaltsevo - the tragedy for all of us. Itself Iza to death treated without any dramatic nature. Everything that he asked in Ukraine - opportunity to create the Chechen national battalion, the weapon and the most important for it - a place on a Muslim cemetery. The best memory of it will be if the Verkhovna Rada adopts at last the law which allows foreign volunteers service in army if the president starts providing nationality to all worthy soldiers foreigners who battle and die for Ukraine if Isa Munaev receives the deserved reward and memory from Ukraine. It is sure that it is worthy the status of the participant of ATO, such status to provide a point of honor for Ukraine.

Iza was the rigid and strong-willed fighter, and he did not need tears and experiences. Thanks to you, Ichkeria that you entrusted us such hero and such defender. Now its spirit will live both in Chechen and in the Ukrainian soldiers. The pantheon of heavenly heroes bows to you, the general Munayev...
