The North Atlantic Treaty organization (NATO) in connection with the aggravated situation in the East of Ukraine calls on Russia to stop its military, political and financial support of the separatists and start to respect its international obligations.

When it became known of participed genocide of the Ukrainian people in Mariupol where from senseless attack of residential quarters in the cruelty was lost our more than 30 fellow citizens, I called the chief of the Department of Internal Affairs of Donetsk region, Vyacheslav Abroskin and asked to publish surnames and age of all dead and wounded today.

Today the Russian attack of militants on the residential area in Mariupol - brought terrible for any normal person the result. At this moment among the civilian population 30 people killed, 102 wounded.
