Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko legitimize territorial conquests militants and stay army of the Russian Federation in Ukraine.

"President Putin invited the President Poroshenko to discuss the Russian peace plan to liberate Russia from the obligations under the Minsk agreements," said Power.

According to her, the Russian plan was to legitimize territorial conquests separatists from September, as well as the stay of the Russian military personnel and military equipment on the territory of Ukraine.
