VR recognized Russia as the country aggressor.

In general of the project No. 1854 voted for adoption 271 deputies at minimum necessary 226, the Censor.NET with reference to the Ukrainian news.

"The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine recognizes the Russian Federation as the state aggressor", - is told in the corresponding appeal to the United Nations, the European parliament, Parliamentary assembly of the Council of Europe, Parliamentary assembly of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and national parliaments of the states of the world.

In this address Rada urges above-mentioned establishments to admit the fact of aggression of Russia against Ukraine and occupation of its territory, not to allow impunity guilty of crimes against humanity, the aggressions of Russia made from the beginning against Ukraine, to recognize Russia as the state aggressor supporting terrorism and blocking activity of UN Security Council.

Also Rada urges to recognize the self-proclaimed "Donetsk national republics" and "The Lugansk national republic" as the terrorist organizations, to strengthen sanctions against Russia, to promote release of hostages, to limit powers of the Russian delegation in PACE and to provide military and humanitarian aid to Ukraine.

According to the text of the draft of the resolution, the Verkhovna Rada recommends to the prime minister of Ukraine to create in system of executive power a position of the government representative for counteraction to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and elimination of its consequences.

Also Rada called the international community for implementation of all measures for the termination of military aggression in relation to Ukraine, about strengthening of the sanction to the Russian Federation as country which supports aggression in the territory of Ukraine.

Besides, it is offered to address to the international community concerning providing to Ukraine military-political support and an exception of Russia of the UN Security Council as country aggressor which blocks adoption of all decisions of the UN concerning a situation in Donbass.

"I quickly will sign it and I will send to all addressees", - the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman declared.
