The United States of America prepare new sanctions concerning Russia.

As the Censor.NET with reference to ZN.UA, the American official reported to the The Wall Street Journal edition about it.

According to the source, time that present sanctions started having bigger effect on Russia is necessary.

"New business sanctions concerning Russia are already developed", - the official told.

Nearly a year passed after start of military campaign of Russia in Ukraine, the USA and their European allies got into difficulties: they very much try to develop strategy which will force Moscow to recede.

The American officials recognize that in spite of the fact that the western sanctions, in combination with sharp falling of prices of oil caused heavy damage to the Russian economy, they did not force the Kremlin to stop support of fighters in East Ukraine.

"It is necessary to recognize that losses for Russian government not so big to rethink the course of actions", - were told by the senior official of administration of Obama .

As the state secretary John Kerry who goes to Ukraine for a meeting with the president Petro Poroshenko and other Ukrainian leaders already declared, politicians in Washington revise the decision not to deliver the weapon to Ukraine.

The press secretary of U.S. State Department Jen Psaki on Tuesday refused to confirm, whether Kerry will speak about the new help to Ukraine.

As notes the edition, more and more the American officials emphasize: economic pressure has to be combined with more reliable help in safety 

The idea of granting defensive arms to Ukrainians enjoys support at some high-ranking officials in the state and defensive departments for a long time. But in the past these recommendations faced resistance in the White house.

Now there were signals which testify that the administration of the American president Barack Obama reconsiders efficiency his politicians concerning Russia.

The idea of providing military aid to Ukraine still has many opponents. In their opinion, such step can provoke even more bloody military campaign of Moscow.

Supporters of military aid say that such decision will allow to put Kiev big losses to fighters that to Moscow will cost big expenses.

The Kremlin which denies support of fighters and sending active armed Russian forces for the East of Ukraine, nevertheless "is sensitive" to messages on death of the military personnel of the Russian Federation in Ukraine. One of arguments of supporters of military aid to Ukraine is that number of the lost Russian soldiers which bodies will be returned to Russia, will cause indignation of the public, and will force the Kremlin to reconsider the .

The conflict broke out last month again, notes the edition. When in the fall last time the question was discussed a question of military aid, officials in National Security council of the USA said that such step will not change that fact that the number of the Russian military substantially surpasses number of military of Ukraine, and that the weapon put by Americans will only become aggravated opposition.

Then this argument won, and the USA limited the help to not lethal weapon.

Nevertheless, one high-ranking American official declared that the fighters supported by Russia used the last months of relative calm to receive new heavy arms from the Russian Federation. Such argument gave a reason to supporters of providing military aid to Ukraine to start talking that the policy of the USA along with sanctions against Moscow and economic support of Kiev has to include a big military component also.
