"The question of an autonomy is a question of changes in the Constitution. And, of course, he will demand other model of discussion, including a referendum", - he told journalists within the Munich conference on safety issues.

"I am ready to raise any question on a referendum today: I am ready to raise a federalization question on a referendum, and I know results, a question of a state language I am ready to raise on a referendum - and I know results. The question of an autonomy joins in a federalization question", - Poroshenko emphasized.

At the same time he called: "It is impossible to be played with the Constitution, there is absolutely accurate procedure. It not the decision of parliament and not government is a solution of the Ukrainian people".
