Poroshenko declared that the tripartite contact group agreed about ceasefire since February 15.

Besides, according to Poroshenko, the contact group agreed about a conclusion of all foreign troops from the territory of Ukraine and the agreement on release of all hostages within 19 days is reached. 

"Just reported on me that the Tripartite contact group signed the document which prepared in huge tension and in heavy discussions. The main thing that it was succeeded to reach, it that at 00.00 the 15th unconditional and comprehensive ceasefire has to be declared in the night from Saturday to Sunday", - he told

"Chiefs of the General Staff of Ukraine and Russia will hold on Friday negotiations on control of observance of a ceasefire regime in Donbass", - the president declared.

Besides, according to Poroshenko, the contact group agreed about a conclusion of all foreign troops from the territory of Ukraine and the agreement on release of all hostages within 19 days is reached.

Also Ukrainian frontier guards have to resume control on state border until the end of 2015.

According to the president, about any autonomy or federalization of arrangements isn't present. 

"Exposed to Ukraine unacceptable conditions, Kiev didn't go to ultimatums", - he noted.

"It was difficult, and actually to us exposed any unacceptable conditions, waste, delivery. We didn't go to any ultimatums and accurately showed a position that ceasefire has to happen without preliminary conditions", - Poroshenko told.
