According to operational data of Information Resistance group, Russian-terrorist troops continue to violate roughly conditions of the Minsk arrangements concerning ceasefire.

Terrorists, the Russian mercenaries and military personnel of the Russian Federation conduct attacks of positions of the Ukrainian troops and civil objects actually from all types of arms – shooting, barreled artillery, jet systems of volley fire. Attempts of attacks from the opponent are carried out.
Most actively the opponent conducts attacks on the Debaltsevsky direction. In particular, from 00.00 to 15.00 (15.02.2015) on this direction 42 attacks are recorded:
- 16 - from mortars (regions Gold, Chernukhino, Lugansk, Kamenka, Debaltsevo, Olkhovatka, Mountain);
- 4 - from small arms and grenade launchers (regions Sanzharovk, Chernukhino);
- 11 - from barreled artillery (Popasnaya, Gold, Chernukhino, Sanzharovka, Lower Lozovaya, Debaltsevo, Mius (shelling lasted 3 hours 35 min. Lugansk);
- 5 - from tanks (Chernukhino, Debaltsevo);
- 6 – from Jet system of volley fire (Debaltsevo, Chernukhino, Sanzharovk).
Besides, on the Debaltsevsky direction for this period of time the opponent carried out 4 attempts of approach, having attacked positions of the Ukrainian troops around N of the item of Chernukhino.
Less intense situation on Donetsk and Lugansk the directions where Russian-terrorist troops also roughly break a ceasefire regime.
In particular, around N of the item Donetsk from 00.00 to 15.00 (15.02.2015) 3 attacks of positions of the Ukrainian troops (1 – from small arms and grenade launchers around DAP, 1 – from small arms around N of the item are recorded. Sand, 1 – an artillery attack around Skilled).
Besides, 2 attacks by fighters of "DNR" and mercenaries of the Russian Federation of civil objects in N of the item Donetsk are recorded (8.25 and 15.10 – mortar attacks of quarters of the city). Also terrorists of "DNR" struck blows to civil objects in N of the item of Popasnaya at 00.15 from Jet system of volley fire. In all three cases blows are made on areas where there are no positions of the Ukrainian troops.
On Lugansk the direction 8 attacks (3 of mortars – around Toshkovk and Novotoshkovskoye, 4 attacks from small arms around are recorded. Happiness, Novotoshkovskoye, Zholobok, 1 time from Jet system of volley fire.
On the Mariupol direction active carrying out air reconnaissance by the opponent is recorded. Around Sakhank fire from tanks of Russian-terrorist troops is recorded.
