The truce" in sector "With" didn't come. All day the Ukrainian artillery was silent. And the Russian groups continue to conduct attacks with assistance of tanks and artilleries on all perimeter of the base Assault groups of the opponent attack Debaltsevo.

Active military operations the opponent conducts in the area Lower Lozovoye - Novogrigoryevka, trying to cut off the last course which connects our troops on the base to our front in the area Lugansk - Artemovsk.

Our troops reflect attacks of the opponent small arms and grenade launchers.

Control of Lozovoye-Kalinovk's region, allows the opponent to hold strongly Logvinovo, and to beat off sporadic and still badly organized attacks of the Ukrainian divisions.

Key tactical value in this situation was gained by heights 307,9 and height 303,4, dominating over the remained road. Without reliable control of these heights long operations in this area are impossible. "Road of Life" is under attack over open sights of the Russian divisions. And nevertheless for the last two days some Ukrainian escorts with reinforcements and supply broke in Debaltsevo, and yesterday from the city it was succeeded to take out wounded.

Full environment - that is "copper", at the moment not. However the opponent concentrated significant forces to close a ring and to cut off the last remained supply thread which is already now very unreliable. If the Ukrainian command doesn't take drastic measures, "copper" will take place.

If the ban on opening of a gun-fire is observed unilaterally by Ukraine if on the base there is no rotation and mobile reserves won't be concentrated, the base can't be kept. It is necessary to undertake immediately massive and competently organized attacks under uniform command on the external front of an environment - it is necessary to hold down at least the Russian group around Lozovaya-Kalinovka-Logvinovo how at most to inflict over it defeat.

During the day in the blocked group and on "Road of Life" there are dead and wounded fighters. It is strange to hear statements of a staff of ANTI-TERRORIST OPERATION about lack of losses.

According to sources "Censor.NET" on the Debaltsevsky base five Ukrainian soldiers were lost for days of "truce", more than ten got wounds.

I hope, mission of OSCE will be taken on the only remained road to Debaltsevo today. and they will be able to see with own eyes, who and as breaks "truce".
