Prerequisites for branch of heavy arms are absent as terrorists don't stop attacks.

Operational data on a situation from the anti-terrorist operation zone testify to non-compliance with the mode ceasefire by fighters therefore there are no prerequisites for branch of heavy arms, the speaker of anti-terrorist operation Andrey Lysenko reported to Interfax Ukraine agency, the Censor.NET.

"Branch of heavy arms can be carried out only after implementation of the first point of the Minsk agreements - ceasefire. As far as I know, these days fire was opened therefore ceasefire isn't present, and prerequisites for branch of heavy arms aren't present so far", - he told agency on Tuesday morning.

"The Ukrainian party prepared platforms for branch of heavy arms as it and is provided by the Minsk agreements. But actually branch will take place only after implementation of the first point. Unfortunately, data on last days say that fire wasn't ceased", - A. Lysenko emphasized.
