For example, in Stakhanov where earlier large formations of local fighters and Russian mercenaries were concentrated, and also the equipment and arms, for the morning 18.02.2015 remained no more than 300 terrorists, 2 Hail BM-21 cars (not the combat-ready) and 1 mortar battery – other forces and means are thrown under Debaltsevo. A similar situation in Gorlovka, from where all resources are also thrown under Debaltsevo (in particular, from the area of this settlement to Kalinovki's region and to the north of Uglegorsk 11 tanks and 5 BBM are thrown). From Donetsk to Yenakiyevo through Yasinovatuyu passed "reinforcement" of fighters - about 300 people, 4 tanks, 2 ZU-23-2, 3 trucks with the towed howitzers of D-30, 2 BMP-2, 2 BTR-80 and 4 covered trucks. These forces and funds were raised in two districts of Donetsk (Petrovsky and Kuibyshev) for participation in Debaltsevsky operation.
Vergulevka who came earlier fresh striking tactical force of Russian-terrorist troops about which IS group reported, from yesterday morning (17.02) days together with another, earlier company tactical group operating here took the offensive. One more tactical group of the opponent (to two strengthened companies) struck across Debaltsevo from the northeast. The opponent engaged to action only about 25 tanks, to 35 BBM at support of 3 art divisions (to only 40 tools of barreled artillery and 12 RSZO installations). As a result the opponent managed to break through to the city and to start street fights in east and central its parts. The opponent continues to exercise fire control of the road between Debaltsevo and Artemovsk from the dominating heights (the dominating (command) height 307,9 is also occupied by the opponent) and interferes with supply of the divisions defending in the city. To evening of yesterday the Ukrainian artillery struck fire blows to fighting orders of the opponent around Logvinovo and to the east of Debaltsevo.
On external perimeter of the base around N of the item Fashcheevka was beaten off by the Ukrainian troops attempt of formation of Russian-terrorist troops to attack the Ukrainian post. As a result of backfire of the Ukrainian military personnel BMP-2 of terrorists (it was thrown by crew) is lined, the armored personnel carrier - 70 is also lined (it is finished from RPG). The opponent is driven away by dense flank fire on an initial boundary.
Around Shirokino, having occupied with morning of yesterday the inhabited multi-storey building near the settlement, the division of Russian-terrorist troops started carrying out attacks of the Ukrainian positions from two mortars. In two hours it was beaten out by the Ukrainian troops and I began withdrawal towards Novoazovsk. Other group of terrorists, as a result of reciprocal actions of the Ukrainian troops, departed on the northeast from east suburb of N of the item of Shirokino under cover of two tanks. One of tanks is put out of action by fire of the Ukrainian division evacuated).
To the east of Lugansk the group of armored machinery moving in the southern direction is recorded on march. As a part of group – 3 tanks, 4 BMP-2, 1 BMP-1 and 2 BTR-80, 5 covered trucks. This "demonstration" group of terrorists on "implementation of the Minsk agreements" is urged to represent "branch of heavy arms" by Russian-terrorist troops.
The police of "DNR" tries to forbid the former fighters from the category of disabled people (in particular, with the torn-off extremities) to appear in public places. At the moment "police officers" try to conduct "explanatory work", convincing disabled terrorists more rare to leave houses. Some conflicts on this soil are recorded.
