The representative of State Department Jen Psaki commented on violation of a ceasefire regime in Donbass and default on obligations of branch of arms

The US State department condemned actions of Russia and the pro-Russian fighters in the east of Ukraine, urged them to stop attacks and to take away the weapon, having threatened Moscow with "the subsequent isolation".

The corresponding statement was made on Thursday, February 19, in Washington by the representative of department Jen Psaki, Ukrinform transfers.

"We condemn the proceeding attacks of separatists whom Russia, supports Debaltseve, Mariupol and in other places in the east of Ukraine around that violates the Ceasefire Agreement and the Minsk arrangements", - the representative of State Department noted.

Thus she noticed that since February 15 fighters broke a ceasefire regime more than 250 times, having referred to official data of the Ukrainian government.

Besides, according to Psaki, OSCEs confirm that violations of the arrangement on ceasefire proceed, and the pro-Russian terrorists, as before, don't allow observers of mission to Debaltseve and other areas. "Their actions contradict that Russia and separatists coordinated several times in Minsk", - she emphasized.

In this regard the State Department Spokesperson called Russia and the pro-Russian fighters immediately to stop the attacks, to take away heavy arms, to stop a flow of fighters to Ukraine, to allow observers of OSCE to do the work and to pass to full implementation of the Minsk arrangements.

"If Russia and the separatists supported by it continue to ignore the Minsk arrangements which they signed, it will lead to an advance in price and to the subsequent isolation", - the representative of foreign policy department of the USA summed up.

Psaki noted that in Washington still concentrate on the diplomatic solution of the conflict which provides implementation of all requirements stated in the Minsk arrangements.
