In security service of Ukraine claim that the Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Vladislav Surkov sends to the terrorist organizations "LNR" and "DNR" information temnik on their reaction to actions of the official power of Kiev.

It was declared at a press conference on Friday by the chairman of SBU Valentyn Nalyvaichenko, having shown a fragment of the circular dated February, 2015, a Censor.NET  with reference to Ukrainian Pravda.

In this document, in particular, it is said that the decision on the invitation to Ukraine of the peacekeeping contingent of the UN contradicts peace arrangements.
The instruction is written by almost those words which were sounded then in the comments by leaders of fighters on the media resources.

"Such circulars this citizen of the Russian Federation (Surkov. - the edition) breaks laws and our state, and, by the way, laws of the own country", - Nalivaychenko declared.

Besides, according to Nalivaychenko, the SBU continues to collect proofs of participation of Surkov in management of groups of specialemployees of FSB who cooperated with the former management of SBU during events at Euromaidan. 

"In particular it is established that in January, 2014 FSB group which worked in SBU and I met the former leaders of the state and the government, the high-ranking general by the name of the Sting directed. This group, as well as others, was coordinated by that citizen of the Russian Federation of 1964 year of birth", - the head of SBU declared.

It is known that the head of SBU Nalivaychenko accuses the Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Vladislav Surkov of the management of sniper groups of foreigners on the Maidan Nezalezhnosti in February, 2014.

The president of Russia Vladimir Putin called "complete nonsense" Nalivaychenko's statement for participation of Surkov in execution of Euromaidan.
