The new law regulates possibilities of penetration of the Ukrainian military investigation and SVR in ranks of the formations combating against Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada expanded the rights of military investigation and Service of foreign intelligence. 258 deputies voted for the law on modification of some laws of Ukraine of rather prospecting bodies of Ukraine No. 2383, the correspondent Ligabissnesinform reports.

By changes in particular it is provided that information agencies "can get into the international terrorist, criminal groups or the organizations, and also the organizations conducting subversive activities against Ukraine for the purpose of the prevention or the termination of their activity, and also for establishment of persons promoting such organizations".

In the law it is said that bodies of military management of investigation and military units of investigation of Armed Forces of Ukraine to receive necessary information use technical means of investigation, and during the special period and for fight against terrorism use for this purpose special technical means.

Adoption of law was commented on the page on Facebook by the People's Deputy Andrey Levus: "From many positive changes the main thing - the Service of foreign intelligence is allocated with the right to get into the international terrorist, criminal organizations, and also structures which carry out subversive activities against Ukraine. It is an important step to formation of real Ukrainian Mossad. In this area of work there is a lot more, but we will make everything to find and punish enemies of Ukraine where they hid".
