The ex-Governor of Dnipropetrovsk oblast Igor Kolomoisky in his last instruction to the head of regional state administration has instructed all mayors, heads of district state administrations and heads of territorial bodies of ministries "continue to make every effort to maintain the unity and defence of the country against external and internal enemies."

 This is stated in the Governor's decree of 24 August, a copy of which is posted on Facebook Gennady Korban passes the Censor.NET.

Kolomoisky encourages officials to cooperate with the public, volunteers and activists.

The Governor also pointed to the importance of continued cooperation with entrepreneurs "to preserve and further the growth of Dnipropetrovsk region and its exemption from public pressure."

"Remember that the only consistent defense and protection of civil rights and liberties, unite around values the preservation of our country and the vital interests of all Ukrainians will allow the Dnepropetrovsk region and strengthened as the main Bastion of a free Ukrainian state," believes Kolomoisky.

"Require all public servants to remember that every minute," said the ex-Governor.
