2. Speaking of Shirokino, already for anybody not a secret that for us control of this settlement makes a lot of sense rather in a political than military terms (everyone knows that more important than the control of dominant heights, where in the event of their capture terrorists can calmly firing Mariupol). Our higher military-political leadership claims that height no one will give, they will remain under the control of the APU. It's wonderful. 4. Any "demilitarization" must without fail contain guarantees the liability of the parties for its implementation. If the Russian-terrorist troops will not carry out its part of the bargain (which they strenuously doing in the context of the Minsk-2), Russia should bear the full responsibility in the form of specific sanctions listed in the "demilitarization" under the guarantee of the West. And not in the form of imitation of punishment type to make your favorite cat Peskov banned in Malta, and in a format specific effective measures - for example, off Russia from the international payment systems. But then the whole mechanism will work, everything else is illusion and buffoonery.

If the West is so keen on chronically inactive Minsk agreement, he must take concrete steps to ensure that these arrangements finally earned. We have such leverage over Putin no.
