Five high-ranking Russian army military play a key role in the organization of the separatist movement in Eastern Ukraine. This information is published in the dossier of the Ukrainian special services, presented to the President of the United States.

General-major Sergey Kuzovlev coordinates the provision of regular Russian troops in Luhansk region.
