This was possible due to the fact that Putin and his strategy, which involved and involves complete disintegration of Ukraine, was defeated, and now the transatlantic coalition and the official Kiev have a powerful influence on Putin and on the Russian economy, which regulates the prospects for the Russian political system. These are the mechanisms which have forced Putin to agree on the terms of his surrender, and I will venture to say that his conditions are not accepted, and he accepted the West and Ukraine. But the Crimean crisis and the process of de-occupation leave outside of Paris and the Minsk process. Question ARC, in my opinion, will be governed by the broader format with the direct participation of Washington and the entire global Pro-Ukrainian coalition.

Returning to the "Paris meeting", I want to briefly summarize the result.

It's not a secret that Putin and his delegation directly and without intermediaries tried to put pressure on the Ukrainian side through blackmail and other tools, forcing the script out of the Minsk protocols. The Ukrainian side did not go to Putin's provocations and acted according to the agenda of the meeting, because there was explicit support for German and French partners, which allowed for the President to maneuver in the negotiations.

A handshake after the meeting of President Poroshenko and Putin, by the way, has nothing to do with the social characteristics of the act because the very absence of the act of shaking hands would say that the results, as such, is generally not achieved. And the result is very simple – straight and flawless execution of the Russia-controlled separatists "Minsk complex" in the peace plan of the Ukrainian President.

So, the two sides reached understanding on the need to transform armed conflict into the political plane, allowing without the use of violence to start a difficult but necessary process of restoration of Ukrainian sovereignty in the conflict zone. Such a possibility exists, and it will be implemented only after Russia, the so-called leaders of the "DNR" and "LNR" will begin to fulfill the conditions, forced to capitulate to Putin in Paris. I will not deny that by "surrender" I mean a complete defeat of the strategy of Putin, thanks to the efforts of the Ukrainian diplomatic corps and our Western partners.

I will try to refute the myths spread by official Russian propaganda to hide from the Russian people defeat their political system.

Myth.

"Ukraine agreed to Amnesty the separatists and terrorists who will participate in the electoral process, legalizing their power in the body of the Ukrainian Constitution".

Realities.

In Paris, Putin was actively encouraged to take up such a scenario the Ukrainian delegation, but Poroshenko did not even consider it as an option. With the support of the Franco-German partners Ukraine insisted that the Amnesty will be held according to Ukrainian law on Amnesty, which means that the a priori terrorists can't be amnestied.

Myth.

"The elections in the Donbass will be held in the presence of Russian troops, and after the elections, given the election results, Russia and the terrorists will move to a possible withdrawal from the conflict zone of the army".

Realities.

Ukraine laid in this aspect of its national interest in the package of the Minsk Protocol that oblige Russia and the separatists to withdraw troops, and after the may elections. This item was also discussed in Paris, and perhaps he is one of the most difficult. Ukraine insisted on the procedure prescribed in the "Minsk package", but despite the implementation, for us the important fact of the establishment of the ceasefire.

The elections in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions is possible only after the withdrawal of foreign troops and disarmament of the separatists.

Myth.

"All obligations imposed on the Ukrainian side. Russia is the only guarantor of their performance and a mediator of dialogue with the separatists."

Realities.

In Paris there was no discussion about the peculiarities of Ukraine's fulfillment of the Minsk agreements and the need for implementation of "Minsk" as such by all parties to the conflict: the Kiev, the separatists and Russia. Guarantors are not Russians, and German Chancellor and French President.

Myth.

"Russia has agreed on the terms of Ukraine in exchange for immunity theme of the Crimean crisis, which was confirmed by Chancellor Merkel".

Realities.

The subject of the Crimean crisis was not and is not included in the agenda nor the "Minsk process", nor the "channel format", because the aim of these international processes is the establishment of peace in the East of Ukraine and against Russian aggression.

The de-occupation of Crimea will be held with the involvement of a broader international coalition.

And finally, please summarize the main achievements that were accomplished by President Poroshenko and the Ukrainian side during the Paris visit.

1. In the conflict zone reached a shaky, but the world, which gives Ukraine a time to strengthen their positions. Stopped a mass shooting.

2. Agreed about the discharge of weapons less than 100 mm and tanks from the separation line 15 km on both sides. This will significantly reduce the losses of the Ukrainian armed forces.

3. Unauthorized election of the separatists, previously announced their leaders, will be cancelled. Elections in Luhansk and Donetsk regions will be held in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, which is the first step towards establishing sovereignty in the temporarily-occupied territories.

4. The Ukrainian Parliament will adopt a separate Law on elections in the Donbass, which will be included in the constitutional process 1.5 million internally displaced persons, citizens of Ukraine. Also agreed that the process will be able to participate without exception, all political parties of Ukraine and domestic media, international observers.

5. Ukraine managed to force Russia to give free access of the OSCE to the occupied territories for the monitoring mission.

6. Prohibited means of warfare that hinder the monitoring of the OSCE.

7. The President was able to update the theme of acceleration of the exchange of prisoners. He insisted on the urgent need to release Savchenko, Sentsov, Kolchenko. It is worth noting that German Chancellor, Merkel fully supported the request Poroshenko, and Putin pledged to "monitor this topic".

8. Russia has pledged to ensure access of all international humanitarian missions and their activities in the temporarily-occupied territories.

9. Sanctions are not cancelled, continue its pressure on the Russian economy to a hollow implementation of the "Minsk package"

By the way, the main purpose of Putin's visit to Paris was the lifting of sanctions or their considerable weakening of the blockade of the occupied Crimea, the Mejlis. He was denied.

Summary.

Coordination of the administration of the President Poroshenko, German Chancellor, French President and the American administration has provided effective negotiations with Putin that allowed Ukraine to achieve its goal of a ceasefire. Moreover, the achieved points are given the chance to restore sovereignty.

The war is not over. She continues. And now it became more informative, we are required to maintain the state.
