The Cabinet of Ministers endorsed her candidacy at today's extraordinary session.

The Minister of internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov has proposed that Khatia Dekanoidze to the post of head of the National police. The Cabinet approved the nomination at a special meeting on Wednesday, the correspondent ЛІГА.net.

Answering the question of journalists about the first decisions in his new position Dekanoidze said, We continue to work on forming the new police in 29 cities. We continue work on the formation of division Court. We continue to work on the concept of certification and the Minister (Avakov - ed.) already approved, so a lot of work.

As you know, in 24 years khatia Dekanoidze has started to work in the reform team of Mikhail Saakashvili and headed the administration of the security Council of Georgia. Subsequently she has worked as the Minister of education and head of the police Academy of Georgia.
