If it was the ravings of a madman, the Kremlin official was obliged to send the patient to the appropriate medical facility and instantly give a refutation and apologize to all the mentioned countries. None of this happened. This means that the Kremlin shares the point of view of the possessed parliamentarian.In short, senior officials moved to the rhetoric, which did not allow himself even the Soviet Union since Khrushchev.
Given the fact that along the borders of NATO countries flying again Russian Antiques, called strategic bombers, all this should be seen as a real challenge. The word, followed by business. If these attacks do not give an adequate response, the hysteria isn't going to calm down. These people stop only when they get a heel to the jaw. It was and will be, until the last well, then do not freeze.
Thus, at the NATO summit have something to discuss. And they are waiting for some surprises for the Russian Federation. What kind of surprises we'll see. And here the day before the meeting of the heads of state of NATO members, the foreign Minister, the U.S. plans to meet with the leadership of Ukraine, then immediately join the US President in Warsaw. Such a maneuver is really intriguing. However, we are aware of the firm position of the US President that before the end of his second term States does not intend to supply Ukraine lethal weapons, if Russia does not resume active operations.

It is also known that for exercises, in Ukraine, transferred to regular equipment and weapons NATO sample. What and how many – nobody knows. We only know that our soldiers learn weapons and equipment. Just in case. In addition, slips and times reports that NATO has already organized base for storage of weapons on the territory of Poland, close to the border of Ukraine.Also – just in case.
But we believe that the lack of supply of lethal weapons, NATO and the United States does not mean that the APU can't have them. About a year ago NATO opened for Ukraine database components, military equipment and weapons. That is, Ukraine can choose the components and assemblies, elements and components to create your own weapons. It does not say, but Ukraine is not Zimbabwe or even Indonesia. We have our own defence industry, capable to make very good weapons. Another thing is that in 25 years the APU almost did not buy anything new and the defense industry faded, focusing on Russia.Therefore, the fact that Ukraine can produce as final products has many components manufactured in Russia and on the contrary, Ukraine produces a lot of components for a specific type of weapon, but has a complete production chain and final Assembly. Broken integration with Russia initially put our defense in a difficult position, but now the West has given us their pantry where you can choose what is left in Russia, but better quality and more advanced.
Roughly speaking, we are somewhere at the stage when you can get everything you need to collect and it becomes a lethal weapon. Perhaps these issues will be discussed during the visit. But most likely, there will be synchronized joint motion of the United States and Ukraine, in the light of the NATO summit, which will determine the future policy toward Russia.
