Understanding this truth obliges local authorities to respond quickly and accurately to these things. As far as can be seen, this time the evacuation went quickly and clearly. This must be able to do, understanding the seriousness of such events.

We do not know how exactly ammunition storage was organized in this arsenal, but judging by how similar objects look in the same USA, warehouses are obliged to be segmented so that the explosion of one part of the warehouse does not lead to the spread of explosions to neighboring storage facilities. It is clear that the event is organized by a certain group of people, it is quite possible - with the participation of workers or military personnel of the arsenal itself. Such a branched consular network can only be in the case of dense and friendly relations with the country to which such a mass of diplomatic (with immunity) facilities are allowed. As you know, we do not even have a hint of such a relationship, and a bunch of consulates - there. Or, for example, the Russian embassy probably has a culture attache, a military attache, a whole trade mission, etc.
And now let's take a sober look at the situation and imagine what the military attaché of the aggressor country can do in Ukraine? Or what do we have from the country's trade mission, which has constantly used trade ties as a lever of pressure on Ukraine. To do this, it is enough to recall how the Russians twisted the hands of the Antonov plant or later how they played with the gas pipe valve. But most importantly, with the beginning of the war, trade simply collapsed and the need for a special sales office simply fell away. If Russia does not recall these people, but they simply have nothing to do with the profile, then this provision has only one explanation: they do not work according to their profile. It is these people who close the top of the residences (in the plural), having diplomatic immunity.
Another important observation. Our domestic banks usually work either on budgetary funds, when state institutions place funds on their accounts, or to service the activities of certain financial and industrial groups. Working with private traders or a small business is a dessert. The main thing is to have the above base. Those who lose it, very quickly give up and either are sold or closed. We have heard a lot about the fact that from the daughters of Russian banks for a year already withdrawn budgetary funds and they are off the list of priority refinancing. That is, they are put in extremely unfavorable conditions and according to the law of the genre should have left Ukraine. Someone did it. But the Savings Bank of Russia as it stood in dozens of branches, it's worth it. They simply removed the word "russia" from the title, for security reasons. Obviously, this bank does not mean ordinary financial activity, but something else. The same can be said of the Moscow Patriarchate. But the most interesting is not this. During the war, Ukraine allowed the creation of Russian and pro-Russian public organizations, with incomprehensible sources of funding and the same incomprehensible (at first glance) tasks. What is the deep meaning in the recently opened cultural center of the Russian Federation? You can go to Avdeevka and see their entire culture first-hand. Or is the word "Crimea" somehow tied to Russian culture or not?
In addition, organizations like "emigras" are legally emerging, with the same transparency in funding and objectives.Although with goals - everything is clear. When asked about the goal, the story answered. Russia has always tried to clean up the territory of Ukraine from local peoples, Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars. Hunger, executions, repressions and deportations made our land uninhabited and here Russian migrants moved to our homes and cities. Is it that they are trying to move to us those who fought with the police in street protests against Putin and his war in Ukraine? Nothing like this. No one fought or protested. They come here to teach us life and tell us that everything should be in Russian. This is an open part of their activity, and in fact it is a well-organized and structured "sleeping cells of the Russian world" or even not quite asleep.
Just think about the fact that the citizens of the country - the aggressor have a simplified regime for the transition of our border and a facilitated regime of stay on our territory. That is, a citizen of Brazil or Argentina - countries that have never committed aggression against Ukraine in history, must obtain a visa, pass passport and visa control and stay on the territory of Ukraine the period specified in the visa. A citizen of the country - the aggressor has privileges to citizens of most countries in the world. If there is an example of absurdity, in this area, more flashy, then we simply do not know it.
We are deeply convinced that all this must be stopped once and for all, or even for several decades. Ideally, it would be better to withdraw all diplomats from the Russian Federation, as any country does in the event of war. All the same, inevitable contacts occur either in a neutral territory or through intermediaries. De facto, diplomacy with the Russian Federation has died. After this, it is necessary to close the entire border with Russia. Close tightly and thoroughly, with minefields, automatic fire systems and other.
A simple and correct question may arise as to how the explosion of the artillery depot and the toughening of Russians' stay on the territory of Ukraine directly depend. I will answer so. At once this will not be the solution of the issue, because the matter has gone too far and the Russian agency has become firmly entrenched. On the other hand, the world had the opportunity to observe a mass stop of terrorist activities in different parts of the world immediately after the death of the scoop. The IRA, the Palestinian terrorists and others at once lost their momentum and many - self-dissolved. That is, those who want to see saw the center of world terrorism clearly and without ambiguity. We need to move in this direction.
Moreover, it is a question of collective responsibility, for war is a collective responsibility for everything. Our losses in personnel, equipment and ammunition during the war do not require clarification of who exactly made a fatal shot. The enemy, in his collective expression, must be destroyed and that's it. It is clear that we must find supporters of the enemy among our citizens, but the country should respond as a whole. However, we must act so that everyone can understand the cause-effect relationship. We must proceed from the principle that any such actions, in the course of the war, are beneficial to the enemy, and therefore - we respond to the enemy. Moscow must clearly understand that even the successful operation of its agents, whether it is a night explosion at art warehouses, or the murder of someone like a witness in the Yanukovych case or our military intelligence officers or the Security Service, will result in a lightning-fast reaction for the Russian Federation. Just those who are planning such operations, do not stop at the very fact of the execution of the idea. They calculate the consequences of these actions, taking into account the pros and cons. If they do not see the minuses, then the operation is approved almost automatically and at an extremely low level. The more minuses, the more serious the final decision must be and the higher the authority takes it. We are obliged to show as many minuses as possible and thereby to complicate the task of the enemy right up to such a state that it simply loses its meaning. In fact, we have never shown such a reaction. In the most painful blows that the enemy has inflicted on us, we have not accepted a single global response that fundamentally changes the alignment of forces.
A simple and clear example of an adequate and timely response might look like this. It is known that all the churches of the Kyiv Patriarchate have already been defeated in the Crimea. The bodies of self-government of the Crimean Tatars are actually liquidated there. The president spoke about this from the rostrum of the UN. So, in the case of the defeat of the KP church, on the same day, the process of liquidating the Churches of the MP in Ukraine was to follow. They had to be equated with commercial organizations, with a declaration of considerable income and all relevant payments. Or, the dispersal of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatars on the same day was to end with the closure of all Russian public organizations and the media with the participation of Russian capital.

Something else happened, or the Russians started military games at our borders, an instant reaction in the form of 72 hours to expel all Russian diplomats and evacuate their own. Another thing that happened was the announcement of 72 hours for the collection and departure of all persons with a Russian passport. With this frenzied gas station, one must act as with Pavlov's dog, by developing a conditioned reflex. Russia should know that any, even a secret attempt to smear Ukraine, will not remain unanswered.
