The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has approved the Charter of the order of the Heroes of the Celestial hundreds.

This is stated in the decree of the President No. 844 dated 3 November, according to Cenzor.net with reference to the administration of the President.

The order of the Heroes of the Celestial hundreds installed for rewarding persons for civic courage, patriotism, defending constitutional principles of democracy, rights and freedoms, charitable, humanitarian, social activity in Ukraine, selfless service to the Ukrainian people, discovered during the revolution of dignity (November 2013 - February 2014), other events associated with the protection of the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

While the order may be awarded to citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and persons without citizenship. Awards are made by the relevant decree of the President, and perhaps only once. Awarding possible posthumously.

Also according to the Charter, was awarded the order is named a knight of the order of the Heroes of the Celestial hundreds. The badge of the order of the heroes of the Heavenly hundreds is made of silver and has the shape of direct equilateral cross with identical bases at the ends (cross-Potente).

The cross is covered with translucent blue enamel with silver edging around the perimeter. In the center of the cross is the image of the heavenly warrior in armor with sword and shield. Armor and shield stylized appropriate improvised equipment participants in the Revolution of dignity (November 2013 - February 2014). On the reverse side of the sign posted by the motto of the order "Freedom and Dignity" and is engraved with the number sign.

The order of the Heroes of the Celestial hundreds worn on the left breast. Persons awarded the order of the Heroes of the Celestial hundreds, must treat its preservation. Awarded may be issued to duplicate the insignia of the order, award certificates, if the Commission on state awards and heraldry will be recognized that the loss of state awards and insignia occurred for reasons not dependent awarded.

In the case of the death of the holder or in the case of rewarding individuals posthumously the order and award certificate sent in the prescribed manner of the family of such awarded.

With the consent of the heirs and the Commission decision in state awards and heraldic badge of the order of Heroes Heavenly hundreds and award certificate may be transferred to temporary or permanent storage of the Museum. In the absence of the deceased knight of the order of heirs, the badge of the order and award certificate must be deposited in the State public administration.
