- How do you control the work of the police? What are the indicators?

In the priority areas that need my arrival, there were sharp and loud problem, where was information about corruption in the police, crimes. Frankly, because of insufficient funding the heads of the police are forced to seek sponsors for the closure of the current problems - it was always so, and the scale began to decline just now. Many of the leaders of militia went from the requests to the business for extortion. The problem of underfunding cannot be solved without systemic reform of the interior Ministry. And I'm glad that this process is already underway. Patrol police and other changes, which are now being implemented in the Ministry of internal Affairs, is an example of a system work.
